Do you ship to international customers?
No, we currently ship only within the United States. We are unable to process orders for international customers at this time.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Yes, for non-defective items, a 25% restocking fee applies. We will issue a 75% refund to the original payment method if the item is returned in like-new condition.

Can I exchange an item?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, inform us and the shipping company immediately. For damage noticed upon delivery, notify us and the shipping company at that time. If damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement within five business days if the item is in stock.

Estimated Shipping Time: After handling, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. Please note that this shipping time is in addition to the handling time.
